Ownership and Publishing: ITYLOS is an independent initiative created, developed, and published by Mehdi Kachouri. This project was born from a desire to restore individual digital sovereignty through advanced technology accessible to everyone.
SOVEREIGN HOSTING
Sovereign Hosting: ITYLOS servers are physically located in Switzerland, ensuring optimal protection under Swiss jurisdiction. Provider: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland.
Intellectual Property
The user interface, the ITYLOS name, and the visual concepts (including the butterfly metaphor and graphic elements) are protected under copyright law. The source code, although auditable for transparency, remains the property of its author unless explicitly stated otherwise.
DATA PROTECTION (DPO)
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) ensures strict compliance with privacy principles. In accordance with the FADP (Federal Act on Data Protection), you have a right of access and rectification. However, please note that our "Zero-Knowledge" architecture and "No-Log" policy make these actions technically limited: we do not store any persistent personal data, IP addresses, or decryption keys.
LEGAL FRAMEWORK & COMPETENCE
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: This service is governed exclusively by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
