Does the paid plan provide better security?
No. Paid plans fund infrastructure, support, extended limits, integration and maintenance. Local encryption, the Zero-Knowledge approach and Burn After Reading remain common to all plans.
What exactly does the Supporter plan fund?
Hosting, development, audits, operational monitoring, product improvements and maintaining an ad-free model with no data exploitation.
Are there limits on the free plan?
The only technical limit is the recommended size of attached files (3.5 MB) to ensure optimal performance. There is no limit on the number of capsules created.
Why a Pro / Organization plan?
To address needs beyond individual use: assisted self-hosting, CLI/API integration, governance, support requirements, compliance constraints or dedicated deployments.
Will there be advertising or tracking in the future?
